Their AI-powered platform is solving one of engineering’s most persistent challenges. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role, ideal for someone excited to work directly with founders, shape go-to-market strategy from the ground up and win early enterprise customers. The company is backed by experienced entrepreneurs and operates with a strong engineering team and clear technical vision. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Go-to-market leadership: Define and deliver the commercial strategy with a strong focus on enterprise sales, helping the company land and expand in key technical verticals Strategic sales execution: Build a pipeline, identify and qualify opportunities, and manage early enterprise relationships, particularly with engineering-led organisations Customer understanding: Translate complex technology into clear commercial value and articulate how the platform improves workflows, reduces risk and drives compliance Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure market needs are reflected in the roadmap and messaging Autonomous execution: You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, taking ownership of initiatives and delivering outcomes Relevant experience: 2 years or more in sales, business development or strategy within B2B tech. Exposure to electronics, embedded software or developer tools is a strong plus. Proven experience selling to embedded software to semiconductor vendors.
