Salesforce Consultant Inside IR35 West Midlands / Hybrid We are working with a well-established organisation in the housing sector, embarking on a transformative programme of work to modernise their systems and improve customer service delivery. This contract opportunity is for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a key role in a fast-paced digital programme. With a background in business analysis and functional consulting, you’ll bring both strategic insight and practical delivery expertise to a high-impact implementation project. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of business analysts, ensuring the programme meets its business outcomes while keeping pace with tight delivery timelines. This role will suit someone who thrives in dynamic, consumer-facing environments and understands the pressures and expectations of delivering digital transformation at speed. We’re looking for: Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and functional consultancy Strong background in business analysis, ideally with a hands-on progression into consultancy Understanding of fast-paced, customer-facing sectors Ability to lead and mentor teams, particularly business analysts Comfortable working within a complex stakeholder landscape Knowledge of transitioning from SAP to Salesforce a distinct advantage If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
