Technician

We’re currently looking for a Technician 3 to join our IT team on a contract basis. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11 for our users and systems. Role Highlights: Position : Windows 11 Deployment Engineer (Tech-3) Location : [On-site – 8 Surrey Street - Norwich Norfolk] Contract Length : 27 th May 2025 – 19 th Dec 2025 Key Responsibilities: Execute Windows 11 rollouts across user devices Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide end-user support Collaborate with IT teams on application compatibility and testing Utilize tools like Intune , Autopilot , and SCCM/MECM Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Windows 10/11 deployments Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager , Active Directory , and PowerShell Excellent communication and problem-solving skills If you’re interested or know someone who might be a great fit, please reply to this email or send your CV to [Govind.rawat@hays.com] .
