Finance Manager

Venari Finance is delighted to partner exclusively with our key client in the Inverness region to recruit a Finance Manager. The role will report directly to the Financial Controller and will lead a team of 4. Role Overview: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed. Produce management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary. Act as a finance liaison to operational, commercial, and other non-finance departments. Attend key business meetings and provide financial insight and challenge where necessary. Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
