Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer Venn Group is working with a leading Higher Education Institution to recruit for a Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer to complete planned and reactive maintenance across the sites Salary: £40k (inclusive of on call bonus) Duration: Permanent Hours: 36 per week Location: South East The successful candidate will: Provide a customer focussed and efficient maintenance service in accordance with service level agreements Prioritise workload successfully of both PPM and reactive works Install, maintain, fault find and repair plumbing / mechanical equipment, sanitary ware and pipework, insuring minimal downtime Give advice on remedial and corrective work as required Maintain and test gas network and equipment (training provided) Keep accurate records using the CAFM system Monitor performance of building systems, improving and reprogramming to support energy and water savings The successful candidate will: Previous experience in a similar role NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent Certificate in Health & Safety at work Gas Safety qualification (ideal)
