D365 BC Support Consultant- UK Hybrid

D365 Business Central Application Support Consultant Location: Hybrid – UK-based Job Type: Permanent Our client is seeking a proactive, confident, and communicative Application Support Consultant with strong Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central knowledge. This role offers hybrid working flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to both operational support and post-go-live consultancy activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for NAV / D365 Business Central users, investigating and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, escalate issues where necessary, and manage customer handovers effectively. Create and update user-facing documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to key users. Collaborate closely with project teams during hypercare and transition to support phases. Deliver remote end-user training and keep teams informed of product developments and functionality. Assist with consultancy activities post-go-live, including best practice guidance and system optimisation. Skills and Experience Required: Demonstrable experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central applications. Strong customer service focus and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with common third-party applications used alongside D365 BC. Experience working in a support desk environment and responding proactively to issues. Exceptional documentation and presentation skills. Confidence delivering virtual training sessions to end-users. MB-800 certification is highly desirable but not essential. A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach.
