Integrations Engineer

Healthcare IT Integration Engineer Location: Hybrid (On-site & Remote) iO Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Healthcare IT Integration Engineer to join their European deployments team. You'll play a key role in implementing and supporting advanced healthcare IT and PACS systems across hospitals in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Working both on-site and remotely, you'll be responsible for system configuration, workflow optimisation, technical support, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish. Requirements: Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience Several years' experience in IT integrations or field service roles Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL) Proficient in Windows Server environments; Linux experience is a plus Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM Experience with Rhapsody (Orion Health/Lyniate) highly desirable Basic knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics Fluent in English This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a tangible impact in the healthcare technology space.
