You will take the lead on complex transactions while also playing a supportive, mentoring role to more junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions Conduct title checks, respond to legal enquiries and prepare reports for purchasers Handle more complex matters such as deeds of variation, lease extensions and developer-led schemes Provide mentorship and guidance to junior conveyancers within the team Maintain excellent standards of client care and legal compliance Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience handling residential sale and purchase matters Confident handling leasehold and new build transactions Strong technical knowledge with the ability to resolve complex conveyancing issues A proactive, organised approach with a collaborative mindset What Sets This Firm Apart?
