Work Location: 100% reporting to HCLTech - Vancouver Office Mid-level QA Analyst who performs and co-ordinates testing for one or more functional areas of a product. The role will have communication and escalation responsibilities and will work under the direction of a Client QA Lead. 7-10 years of related experiences Test Point Of Contact (“POC”) for a functional area in a product Responsible for coordinating testing with offshore team Identify key testing challenges / goals and develop initial Test Plan Prioritize which test plans to execute for specific app releases and launches Communicates the plan / updates / status of product effectively to the Client QA lead and product team Understanding of REST API Works effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve issues Ability to validate status codes, response structures, and authentication mechanisms Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing (will be plus)
