Your New Role As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in executing a wide range of cyber security initiatives across domains such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Active Directory (AD). Reporting to the Cyber Security Lead, you will lead projects that enhance the organization’s security posture, implement internal standards, and contribute to the evolution of the security stack. You’ll also collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure robust protection, detection, and response capabilities. What You'll Need to Succeed 3–5 years of experience in a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of security technologies (e.g., EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection) Experience with IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred) Ability to lead projects independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders Strong understanding of risk management, KPIs, and cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST) Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) What You'll Get in Return Opportunity to lead impactful security projects in a high-visibility role A collaborative and inclusive work culture Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-level security practices
