You will assist them in defining their needs, guide them towards appropriate functional technological solutions, while considering budget constraints and delivery deadlines. You will contribute to the implementation of several solutions using the Archer software. Specifically, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, administration, maintenance, and evolution of technological solutions, ensuring stability in their increasing use. You may also be called upon to act as a resource person within the project team for the implementation of various Archer software applications. You will collaborate with business team members to identify opportunities for improvement, propose and recommend solutions to optimize and evolve services, tools, processes, and work methods. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field. Minimum of four (4) years of confirmed experience in a functional analyst role. Experience in configuring the Archer tool. Experience in an Agile work environment. Sharp analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in operational risk and/or compliance (an asset). Knowledge of the banking risk domain (an asset). Specific Knowledge Knowledge of the lifecycle of a software package, ideally Archer. Intermediate level of English proficiency. Main Responsibilities Work in co-creation with business team members on the development of needs and product backlog management. Define functional specifications in collaboration with the Product Owner and the project team. Design, configure, administer, maintain, and evolve the technological solutions of the Archer software, ensuring stability in their increasing use. Participate in the definitions, orientations, and refinements of various delivery scopes (stories, sprint planning and retrospective, trials). Take charge of the development of strategies related to functional testing. Define and execute automated and/or manual tests from an end-to-end perspective.
