JOB DESCRIPTION You’ll play a central role in shaping the frontend experience of our client across mobile and web platforms. Beyond coding, you’ll be deeply invested in understanding our users and their needs, ensuring that each feature you develop contributes real value. MAIN TASKS Build High-Quality User Experiences: Design and implement polished, responsive interfaces for mobile and web, with a focus on usability, speed, and performance. Lead Frontend Excellence: Serve as a primary contributor to our frontend codebase, setting high standards in code quality, testing, and scalability, and taking ownership of major features. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our frontend solutions deliver seamless, cohesive user experiences. Mentor and Support Team Growth: Provide constructive code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor fellow engineers, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team. Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve frontend performance, efficiency, and code reliability, always with the customer experience in mind. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 7 years in frontend development with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in React, React Native, TypeScript, with a proven history of optimizing performance across both mobile and web platforms. Startup Experience: Proven experience working in a startup environment is a must.
