Main Responsibilities: Lead the system architecture design for the company's core products, including planning and implementation of microservices architecture, big data processing, cloud-native technologies, and other related directions. Analyze and predict business requirements, design highly available, scalable, secure, and stable system architecture solutions to ensure the system can meet future business development needs. Take charge of technology selection and evaluation, promote the implementation of new technologies and tools in projects, and enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team. Participate in formulating system architecture design specifications, coding standards, and development processes to improve team development efficiency and code quality. Deeply engage in system architecture design reviews, provide technical guidance and training to the development team, and enhance the team's technical architecture design capabilities. Monitor system operation status, perform performance tuning, resolve technical challenges at the system architecture level, and ensure stable system operation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field; 8 years of software development and architecture design experience. Proficient in distributed system design and development; familiar with key technologies and solutions such as microservices architecture, message queues, caching, and databases. Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies such as cloud computing, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps; practical project experience is preferred. Strong system analysis and design capabilities, able to independently complete the architecture design of complex systems and effectively guide team implementation. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate resources across departments and drive project progress. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, passionate about new technologies, and committed to continuous learning and sharing technical knowledge.
