Senior Java Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. Key Responsibilities: • Define and validate software architecture solutions based on Java technologies that meet both business and technical requirements. • Lead the selection of frameworks, design patterns, and tools for application development. • Collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams. • Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and key architectural decisions. • Conduct performance, scalability, and security assessments for critical applications. • Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines across teams. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and senior developers. • Participate in code reviews, proof of concepts (PoCs), and evaluation of emerging technologies. • Ensure architectural alignment with the company’s broader technology strategy.
