Cost Controller

At Talent Solutions, part of ManpowerGroup, we are looking for a Cost Controller to join our team in San Francisco Soyaniquilpan, State of Mexico. Responsibilities Cost Management and Control Monitor and report key operational performance indicators (KPIs), including yield losses, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), labor efficiency, service level, and quality performance. Ensure accurate inventory control and reporting. Investment Control Oversee and track ongoing investment projects. Ensure proper recording and timely capitalization of assets. Product Costing Calculate and maintain up-to-date product costs in SAP. Perform variance analysis between standard and actual costs in process orders, identifying and explaining deviations. Support new product launches through cost estimation and financial analysis. Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (degree and professional license required). Specialization in cost analysis or management control is a plus. Experience Minimum of 3 years in production control or supply chain management, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Languages and Tools Advanced conversational English. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office Suite.
