This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for an experienced developer looking to apply both technical and functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll to drive strategic value and innovation. ️ What You'll Do: Develop and maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations Support and enhance existing integrations and build new ones based on business needs Act as a techno-functional expert in Workday HCM & Payroll Build complex Workday reports (Custom, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions Monitor and troubleshoot integration logs and performance Create calculated fields and configure Workday business processes Test new Workday features/releases and assess integration impact Interface with architects and HR stakeholders on optimization initiatives ✅ Requirements: 5 years of experience with HCM and Payroll integrations 2–4 years of Workday integration experience Proficient in EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday EXTEND Strong skills in XML, XSLT, Xpath, Web Services/SOAP Experience with complex reporting and calculated fields Understanding of Workday core processes (job changes, compensation plans, payroll feeds) Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Must be able to work during US business hours Nice to have: Experience with Prism and Workday Financials integration Ready to take your Workday expertise to a world-class organization?
