Regional Sales Manager - Tijuana - Laser Systems & Components

Company Description XVR Group was established in 2017. We develop industrial material processing solutions utilizing laser technology, partnering with global top laser manufacturers, such as Coherent and Lasentum. We have operations in the USA (TX), Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop the Tijuana, Mexicali, Tecate & Ensenada markets in any Industry (Aerospace, Electronics, Automotive, Medical Devices, etc) Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills in industrial sectors. Experience in the laser systems and components industry is highly valued. Experience in the Medical Devices Sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English and Spanish Ability to travel domestically and internationally (USA & Europe). B1/B2 Visa required. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
