Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Fintech Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage and grow relationships with our principal retailers across Mexico. This role is crucial in driving our business forward, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with principal retailers. Conduct regular in-person visits to client locations across Mexico. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market growth. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product developments. Track and report on sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
