Manufacturing Plant Manager

Position committed to quality, carrying out activities directly and indirectly designing, developing, obtaining, manufacturing, distributing and/or selling our products to satisfy our customers and consumers. Responsible for the administration of 2 plants resources as materials, labor, machinery, manufacturing Budget maintaining the Plant in optimal conditions. Responsible for different sites in good operative conditions as well as the implementations of actions to accomplish safety, quality, conversion cost and customer service indicators. Responsible for the Management of Quality and EHS departments to comply with the policies, procedures and specifications established by the Company. Support the implementation of the CI program and lead the autonomous maintenance pillar according corporative methodology. Responsible for the accomplishment of all the process and operation procedures in the Plant, administrate correctly the budget in both Plants and follow up of Leaders Performance. Responsible for the administration and control of Utilities, Instrumentation and Spare parts Departments, ensuring operational availability of the equipment and correct implementation of PM to deliver excellent results in terms of efficiency, productivity, OEE, etc. Experience: 10 years in a similar position as well as Leadership position (Manager of Mgrs). Education: BS Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineer and/or Master’s degree.
