Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support Balance Health’s operations by providing outstanding service to patients, coordinating appointments, and assisting with administrative and clinical scheduling needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring that they receive timely, compassionate, and efficient support throughout their healthcare experience. You will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and a positive patient experience. Schedule patient appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and assist with rescheduling when needed. Confirm insurance information, verify patient records, and update medical systems accurately. Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal staff to ensure timely care coordination. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Provide compassionate assistance to patients regarding appointment details, insurance questions, and general inquiries. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the patient management system. Proactively follow up with patients to confirm appointments and support ongoing care plans. Ensure compliance with all privacy, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations. Work Hours Full-time position (Monday through Friday) Occasional weekend or evening coverage may be required (advance notice provided) Flexible schedule depending on patient and clinic needs Office Location: Mexico City Requirements Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Prior experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, medical office, or administrative support Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with scheduling systems or EMR/EHR platforms is a plus Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software Availability for occasional evenings or weekends, depending on patient needs A caring and patient-focused attitude Join Our Team Joining Argo 34 means becoming part of a team that’s passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering excellence.
