Product Owner IT

What’s the mission? You will serve as a vital link between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions are aligned with our global IT strategy. You'll work hand-in-hand with Product Owners, regional stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high-value delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Demand Management Partner with global Microsoft 365 Product Owners to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategic alignment. Ensure alignment of Microsoft 365 solutions with the regional enterprise IT architecture. Support global product lifecycle activities—from evaluation to worldwide rollout. Communicate the business value of Microsoft 365 tools and foster user adoption across the organization. Stay current on Microsoft 365 developments and actively share insights with key stakeholders. Capability Deliveries Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Identify business needs, analyze processes, and lead reengineering efforts as needed. Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely project deliverables. Develop and deliver user training, job aids, and internal product communications. Support & Operations Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 solutions. Contribute to backlog grooming, product release planning, and vision alignment. Collaborate with legal and security teams to meet compliance and information protection requirements. Maintain a strong relationship with regional stakeholders to manage priorities and product evolution.
