Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities: Understand customer's existing network; then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer Design the most appropriate solution based on product portfolios and solution template according to customer needs Present technical design/RFP in a complete and well-illustrated manner to customer Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market Work with different team in different time zone internally to ensure service delivery meet customer requirement Responsible for provisioning & testing customer IP transit, MPLS VPN, IPX services as well as backbone circuits Responsible for trouble-shooting carrier-level backbone and enterprise customer networking issues Responsible for Global IP network traffic engineering Responsible and/or participate in optimizing IP network infrastructure Oversee and/or participate in scheduled maintenance & hot-cut Work with the network department in Hong Kong for day-to-day operations as well as work with third party venders for equipment upgrade Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor Job Requirements: Master’s degree (or bachelor degree with 5 year related experience) in IT, Telecommunications or similar field Telecom related certification is a plus At least 3 year of hands-on experience in telecommunication and /or network engineering work Experience with multi-national company is a plus
