Networks Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in LAN , Cisco Router and IP networking. Responsibilities Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings. Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades Consistently monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance. Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions. Hardening and Vulnerability closure of various network devices. Business Continuity Management. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Enable solutions for new Global customers, new ODC setup. Wi-Fi Access point and Wireless LAN Controller Management. Comfortable hands-on PA220/PA440, Router Cisco 4k/8k series. Contact Centre awareness. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area 2 - 4 years' of experience with network administration Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
