Machine Learning Engineer

We are conducting a confidential search for a Machine Learning Engineer to join an international, agile team focused on delivering data-driven solutions to industrial challenges. In this role, you will work with large-scale data — including sensor, telemetry, and manufacturing data — to support and improve decision-making across key operational areas. You will manage the lifecycle of machine learning models and contribute to the design and maintenance of data architecture at a plant level, collaborating closely with global data teams and local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate machine learning models in production environments • Optimize models and ensure continuous improvement • Conduct data exploration and monitor data quality • Facilitate communication between global teams and plant operations Required Skills • Solid knowledge of ML models and MLOps practices • Proficiency in Python (OOP, TDD), SQL, Git, and data visualization • Experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels • Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker) • Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience with deep learning, Apache Spark, AWS services, and Kubernetes • Previous work in agile environments and full ML lifecycle projects Education & Experience • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • PhD is a plus • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python or similar languages If you meet the profile and are looking for a role with real impact and international collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
