Electrical Test Engineer

Job Description · Maintain high-performance testing processes. · Perform daily monitoring of the performance of the test equipment and execute the necessary activities to improve the equipment that shows poor performance in production. · Maintain or improve testing time once test equipment was released to mass production, helping to increase testing capacity on each production line. · Provide immediate technical assistance to any technical requirement coming from production. · Develop, build, and validate any new test fixtures. · Keep the test specifications and support files used by each tester in production up to date. · Submits and implements engineering changes to equipment and products released to mass production. · Root cause analysis and document them. Responsible for recommending corrective actions. · Work across multiple technical disciplines to solve complex product and team problems. · Provide a risk analysis report for each test platform launched into mass production. · Strong technical skills in the use of test equipment. · Programming experience at LabView. · Experience in testing audio, video, and wireless communication technologies. · Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis. · Problem-solving thinking. · Knowledge of SMED principles"" · Knowledge of APRISO, Oracle, Agile and Microsoft Office · Training in the procedures applicable to your position and under your responsibility.
