IP Engineer - F5 Deployment ( OpenStack & VNF) Remote from Mexico Are you an experienced network engineer with hands-on expertise in F5 load balancer deployments —not just appliances, but virtualized on OpenStack? We're looking for a skilled professional to support AT&T's deployment of F5 Load Balancers as Virtualized Network Functions (VNFs) on a Nokia OpenStack environment . This is an exciting opportunity to work on a next-gen virtualized network infrastructure at scale, supporting large Tier-1 environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement IP networking and load balancing solutions (HLD and LLD) Deploy and upgrade F5 Load Balancers as virtual machines (VMs) in OpenStack environments Install, configure, and troubleshoot virtual machines within Nokia’s OpenStack environment Work with VNFM (VNF Manager) for deploying and managing Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams in lab and production environments to ensure delivery excellence Participate in process-driven, multi-team environments with attention to documentation and delivery protocols Required Skills: Strong expertise in IP networking Experience in network and load balancer design (both high-level and low-level) Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancer deployments , especially in virtualized environments Proficiency working within OpenStack environments Experience with VNFM (VNF Manager) tools and workflows Background working in Tier-1 customer environments —both lab and production Ability to thrive in structured, highly collaborative , and process-oriented teams What you didn’t know about us: Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Long-Term growth potential 401k With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!
