Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant For a leading company in Mexico City, we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on retail check-out processes. Lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly in retail check-out environments Analyze and document client business processes to propose solutions aligned with their needs Configure, customize, and optimize LS Central and LSPay to integrate store payment functionalities Collaborate with IT teams and key users to integrate point-of-sale systems with other platforms like ERP and CRM Provide second-level functional support, resolving issues related to retail check-out, LS Central, and LSPay Your Skills Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with international teams and clients A bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, Administration, or a related field is essential Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, preferably in retail projects Strong knowledge of LS Central and LSPay is necessary for successful solution implementation Experience in retail check-out projects, focusing on point-of-sale processes, is crucial Interested?
