Chinese Materials Engineer

Yanfeng is the world leader un automotive interiors with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries. At this moment we are seeking: Chinese Materials Engineer. Requirements: • Chinese nationality with México working visa. • Bachelor degree, logistics related major is better but not necessarily. • Experience in Automotive Industry as a material engineer minimum 3 years. • Advanced English. Knowledge: • Customer Service • Warehouse Management • Logistics Management • LP (Lean Production) Activities: Raw Material Plan： 1) In charge of releasing raw material forecast to supplier and confirm the supplier production capacity can meet the forecast. 2) Release order to supplier according to the production plan and trade term and follow the order until the order come to YFS factor. 3) Provide import materials to custom specialist. 4) Follow the raw material storage in warehouse and make sure the account and physical are consistent. 5) Organize physical count every month and make physical count report. 6) Responsible for the reconciliation with supplier. ERP system: 1) Create master data and BOM on SAP. 2) Maintain daily data into SAP. 3) Update the BOM or master data when nee. 4) Cooperate with finance team to complete monthly end and submit monthly end report. 5) Make BOM review every season.
