Job Description
Job Title: S&OP Manager (Sales & Operations Planning) Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Language Requirement: Advanced English (spoken and written) Department: Supply Chain / Operations A global manufacturing company is looking for a Manager of Integrated Planning to lead the development and execution of supply chain planning processes. This role is responsible for aligning demand and supply strategies, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient end-to-end operations across the global value chain. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in supply chain planning systems and methodologies. Candidate Profile: Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or certifications such as APICS or CSCP are preferred. Experience: 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management. Proven experience with SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). Background in global manufacturing or technology-driven environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, APO, and IBP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic planning initiatives. Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Capable of managing multiple priorities and driving cross-functional collaboration.
