We're Hiring: Commissions Specialist | Full-Time (Remote from Mexico) Location: Remote (Mexico) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST) Employment Type: Permanent position Start Date: September 3, 2025 Salary: $20,000 MXN net/month About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Commissions Specialist to ensure accurate and timely commission payments for our sales team. If you're skilled with numbers, enjoy problem-solving, and love working with spreadsheets and accounting software, this is your chance to shine. Key Responsibilities: Learn and manage Brandwise/MarketTime to process invoices and payments. Prepare commission statements using advanced Excel functions. Keep precise records in QuickBooks . Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission data. Collaborate with internal teams using Outlook and Teams . What You Bring: ✅ 2 years of accounting experience ✅ 1 year of experience with QuickBooks ✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking ✅ Advanced Excel skills ✅ Fluent in English (professional level, not native) ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits: $20,000 MXN net monthly salary 12 vacation days per year 15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Major Medical Insurance Only a standard HP laptop required No travel involved
