We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst (Hospitality Focus) Location: Fully Remote ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Salary: Payroll: $23,000 MXN - $28,500 MXN | Direct: $27,500 MXN- $36,000 MXN Benefits: 12 vacation days, 15 days of Christmas bonus, and major medical insurance About the Role We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with deep expertise in hospitality accounting , full-cycle month-end close, and advanced QuickBooks Online skills. While U.S. tax preparation is part of the role, this position is primarily focused on core accounting functions such as financial reporting, reconciliation, and GL management for hospitality clients. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment, is a self-starter, and can work independently to support multi-entity financial operations. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting (Primary Focus) Lead and execute the full month-end close process across multiple hospitality entities Own and manage the general ledger , ensuring clean, accurate, and GAAP-compliant records Prepare and review journal entries , reconciliations , and financial statements Handle multi-client bookkeeping workflows with consistency and precision Monitor accounts payable/receivable as part of GL integrity Reporting & Analysis Build and interpret financial reports in QuickBooks Online Deliver insights through cash flow , P&L , and balance sheet analysis Collaborate with clients to support financial decision-making Tax Preparation (Secondary Function) Support preparation of U.S. tax filings: Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 Ensure tax work complements the accounting process (not standalone or siloed) Assist with tax documentation, compliance checks, and filing organization ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have… Experience & Education 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience Direct background in hospitality industry accounting (e.g., hotels, restaurants, resorts) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Technical Skills Expert-level QuickBooks Online skills (multi-entity file management, reporting, customization) Comfortable building reports and working across various hospitality-specific transaction types Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP Previous exposure to U.S. tax forms (1040, 1120 series, 1065) Communication & Work Style Fluent written and spoken English (clear, neutral accent required) Able to work independently in a remote setting without close supervision Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams and clients Apply Now!
