Senior Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications running on Linux platforms . Troubleshoot and maintain Java/Python scripts for automation and monitoring purposes. Perform incident management , root cause analysis (RCA) , and communicate resolutions effectively. Optimize and write SQL queries for issue investigation and data validation. Collaborate with global teams to support production systems and ensure SLAs are met. Maintain documentation for issue resolution, SOPs, and support workflows. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Application Support , SDLC , and Linux administration . Proficient in Java and/or Python . Strong experience in Linux shell scripting and working with enterprise environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to global support schedules.
