Pramac, part of the third largest group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for an Application Engineer to join our headquarters and main plant in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy). Purpose Communicate with customers/subsidiaries to understand project requirements Inform customers and internal sales teams about the best solutions tailored to the project Support Pre-Sales activities Conduct preliminary engineering and pricing Provide cross-functional support for projects Integrate products within project specifications Responsibilities Request feasibility analysis for estimates Estimate costs and draft estimates Ensure relevant solutions are discussed with various departments Manage all aspects of the bidding process to meet deadlines Develop product prescription activities Activities Conduct feasibility analysis of offer requests Develop professional business proposals following company standards Support the bid process and management Assist the sales network in technical discussions with customers Prepare forecast cost statements for contracts Coordinate with suppliers via telephone for material requests Communicate with branches or foreign customers for estimates Perform periodic technical visits to design studios Knowledge Excellent knowledge of the Office package Proficiency in English High technical knowledge of the product Good understanding of Project Management principles Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and management abilities Problem-solving and teamwork skills Self-control and stress management Qualifications Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally Flexible working hours Attention to detail and precision J-18808-Ljbffr
