The headquarters is located in Lyon, France, with four regional hubs in China, USA, Shanghai, and France. Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job Reporting to the Senior Director Sales, Clinical Diagnostics Adriatic, the Area Sales Manager South Italy will manage and coordinate the sales force to achieve sales objectives in South Italy (Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicilia). Responsibilities include developing and coaching the team, executing company strategy, monitoring market dynamics, and ensuring compliance with the company's ethical code. Main Accountabilities Business Results Achieve annual sales targets by defining and leading strategic actions in the territory, monitoring results. Organize regular SBO meetings to manage pipelines and review account plans. Share timely information on tenders, prices, competitors, and regional policies. Manage tenders, quotations, and contracts activities. Monitor profitability, sales evaluations, price trends, and product ranges. Contribute to instrument pipeline forecasting. People Leadership and Development Coach and develop the team in line with company strategy. Build team performance and define roles and responsibilities. Matrix Leadership Foster a culture of cross-functional teamwork. Influence internal stakeholders on project priorities. Drive resource procurement. Experience and Skills Degree in science; a Master's in Economics is a plus. Background in in vitro diagnostics. Experience managing key opinion leaders. Management and change management skills. Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including people management. Ability to lead transformation processes and develop profitability schemes. Ability to assess competitive responses and adjust strategies. Location: South Italy. Availability to travel up to 80%. J-18808-Ljbffr
