Job Description

This role is responsible for leveraging deep product knowledge to build client relationships and devise sales strategies for revenue growth. The role maintains a strong sales pipeline and collaborates across departments for seamless customer experiences. The role acts on client feedback, supports account managers in negotiating contracts, and mentors junior team members. Responsibilities Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization's products or services, including technical details, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions. Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed targets driving revenue growth. Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies. Provides support to account managers in managing client relationships, driving pursuits, and renewing contracts. Leads contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Develops a robust long-term sales pipeline to enhance the organization’s market presence in a specialized area. Acts upon client feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve the quality of products or services and strengthen client relationships. Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals. Stays informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify target markets, create pricing strategies, and set sales goals. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
