He / she will interface with company bodies, customers, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction. Main Activities Coordinate the product development team as the project manager. Plan all product development activities and monitor progress until objectives are achieved. Act as the main contact for the customer during and after project completion. Perform technical and production feasibility analyses on new products. Identify potential new suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing and SQE teams. Manage pilot orders and qualification of new materials and suppliers. Handle technical changes in projects as agreed with customers. Support quality management by addressing customer complaints post-production. Plan and oversee activities related to production site transfers. Supervise prototype creation in the Modeling Department. Coordinate laboratory testing of new products. Prepare cost estimates for finalized products. Education and Experience Master's Degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years in a similar role within structured, international companies. Experience in the automotive sector (OEM / Tier 1). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus. Skills and Abilities Negotiation and presentation skills.
