Senior DevOps Engineer

Ford Otosan engages in designing, manufacturing, and exporting motor vehicles, engines, transmissions, differentials, and components under the Ford brand at its manufacturing locations in Turkey, for domestic and international markets. Responsibilities As a DevOps Engineer within the SW House, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the Continuous Integration and software delivery systems infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development teams, focusing on building and testing environments. Contribute to the development of CI and CD systems, supporting high-quality software production with minimal manual effort. Develop and maintain package deployment systems for Configuration Management. Support cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD activities for the Software Factory. Extend build configurations across various platforms. Skills Must have Experience in Infrastructure & Cloud setup, including CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance. Integration and automation of third-party tools within pipelines. Automation of jobs for continuous testing, reporting, and metrics collection. Environment setup for new projects for developers and testers. SDK & SDE development experience. Proficiency in system virtualization and containers, Windows and Linux environments, shell scripting. Expertise in CI/CD management, including tools like Azure DevOps, Conan, Bazel, yaml, Pipelines, Repos. Strong knowledge of Linux environments and virtualization platforms like Azure-VM and Docker. Advanced skills in automation tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, and workflows. Nice to have Knowledge of Agile development principles, especially Scrum. Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles. Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence. Testing techniques including functional, regression, smoke, batch, and system testing, along with test automation frameworks.
