Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings to customers, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position our value add competently. Responsibilities include: Developing global strategies and implementing site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understanding customer needs and challenges, forming regional strategies, and building relationships with senior management through regular visits. Presenting Future’s value proposition with value-added solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities. Working with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Driving supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Providing responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engaging the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven sales experience in electronics distribution for at least five years, with a strong commercial acumen and resilience. Degree educated, preferably with technical or business background. Understanding of technical design processes and demonstrated achievement in design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and committed to achieving results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
