Product Group Manager

Häfele is seeking a Product Group Manager (M/F) for a 12-month fixed-term contract . Reporting directly to the Product & Category Manager Italy , the role involves: Managing the lifecycle of one or more product ranges, including planning and performance monitoring. Identifying and introducing new products to meet market demands and expand customer needs. Participating in global teams for new product development. Conducting market analysis, evaluating technical features, pricing, suppliers, and participating in trade fairs. Managing supplier relationships and negotiations in collaboration with the purchasing department. Building relationships with suppliers and supporting problem resolution with proposed improvements. Providing technical consultancy to sales staff and clients, including product and service details. Supporting product promotion through visits, presentations, and industry fairs. Collaborating with sales and marketing departments to develop new solutions and technical communications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in architecture, design, engineering, or economics, with good knowledge of English (minimum B1), proficiency in MS Office, and preferably SAP. Experience in hardware, wood, or furniture sectors is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit.
