Check out this position of Portfolio Intelligence & Value Creation! Your Mission Responsible for conducting business and competition intelligence to continuously assess the Portfolio's business performance, positioning, and attractiveness versus competitors, in collaboration with Product Management and Regions. Actively contribute to Portfolio plans, value creation, and value selling initiatives. Play a key role in the Sidel pricing transformation by implementing pricing management for the Portfolio in relation to the group-level Pricing Program. Develop promotion roadmaps, prepare materials, and deploy capabilities development plans to enhance frontline product knowledge and value selling, aligned with product release and communication plans. Represent Sidel in missions to strengthen cooperation with key industry partners contributing to the portfolio. Within the EP&I organization (Equipment Portfolio and Innovation), this role is part of the Sensitive Portfolio management team, responsible for solutions across integrated Lines & Stand-Alone, covering Aseptic, Ultra-Clean, and HotFill applications for the Beverages and Liquid Foods industry. Your Profile Education Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent Language Requirements English Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are advantageous Professional Qualifications And Experience Business experience in the Packaging industry or a similar sector Experience in Products and Solutions promotion, including value-based pricing initiatives Experience in Business Intelligence and Competitive assessment, involving frontline and product expert inputs Understanding of Portfolio Business performance metrics (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) Ability to translate product functions and features into value selling using the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach Strong analytical skills with comfort dealing with numerical data and attention to detail Experience in defining and implementing Business Plans Ability to lead within a matrix organization through transversal and cross-functional collaboration J-18808-Ljbffr
