Position Bulgari Italia is seeking a High-End Development Specialist to support the development of the High-End Business in Italy and Turkey . The role is based in Rome and reports to the HE Development Manager . Responsibilities Main Accountabilities Analyze High Jewelry/High-End Watches business performance, including sales and client portfolio management. Collaborate with the CRM team to update and segment the High-End client database. Support boutiques with client targeting for events and in-store activations, assessing client potential. Coordinate with Sales Team to support Client Advisors and Store Managers in client activations. Monitor and collect feedback on client initiatives to ensure quality and maximize ROI. Assist in organizing local and international High-End events in collaboration with Marketing. Manage HE client lists, invitations, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate event administration with Accounting departments. Gather data on performance metrics and prepare reports. Monitor the effectiveness of commercial actions. Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, CRM, event management, or clienteling; in-store experience is a plus. Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with high accuracy. Experience in reporting analysis and planning. Fluent in Italian and English. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Personal Competencies Client-oriented with understanding of client management nuances. Commercially sensitive with a grasp of the luxury sector. Organized, proactive, and collaborative. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
