Role Summary : The Supply Chain Planner's mission is to deliver the best service level to internal and external customers while keeping inventory levels under control. Main responsibilities : Manage day-to-day planning activities by coordinating with plants, suppliers, and other company departments; Monitor stock constraints and stockouts, performing root cause analysis to find corrective actions; Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and operational issues; Monitor weekly and monthly production plans with production planners, prioritizing customer orders; Set and review stock levels for selected brands and categories; Use supply chain planning tools to monitor stock levels for owned brands and rebalance future distribution plans according to forecast changes; Ensure replenishment of intercompany warehouses; Work with internal customers to identify opportunities to optimize inventory and service levels, and monitor service levels to customers; Collaborate with product marketing and R&D during product development to ensure stock availability aligned with business needs; Provide monthly recommendations to senior management to optimize inventory and service levels; Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
