About the Role: Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Vancouver, BC Summary: The Business Administrator provides high-impact administrative team and operational support to leadership, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities. This role blends strategic calendar and travel management with operational excellence in team coordination, event logistics, and project execution. Roles and responsibilties: Executive Support & Calendar Management- Manages senior leaders' calendars, schedules meetings aligned with priorities, and coordinates complex international travel and logistics using outlook and other tools, ensuring compliance with policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Builds strong relationships across HR, Finance, and other departments to support team and leadership needs efficiently. Team Operations & HR Support- Assists with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, headcount tracking, and maintains team org charts and distribution lists; acts as the main point of contact for team operations. Event & Meeting Coordination- Plans and supports logistics for internal/external events and site visits, manages agendas and materials, and contributes to post-event reporting and team engagement. Project Execution & Process Improvement- Independently owns and executes administrative projects, identifies process gaps, recommends improvements, and ensures timely delivery of outcomes. Qualifications: 2 years Administrative, Business Support experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work. Top skills: Experience in administrative/business support role supporting calendar and team Outlook, Teams, Excel etc Event coordination/meeting logistics Preferred: Exeperience with assisting C-Suite executives at a large tech company. Salary Range: $55000 - $60000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
