Bilingual Project Manager - Oracle (32469)

Our Montreal based Financial client is looking for a Senior French-speaking Project Manager for a long term HYBRID contact. This role involves overseeing large-scale technology transformation initiatives with a focus on loan origination and management systems. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects in a hybrid work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, and functional leads. Deliver enterprise-level projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Oversee software implementation initiatives and ensure timely delivery. Manage project risks, timelines, and communications with key stakeholders. Integrate multiple systems and resources to support project success. Qualifications: 10 years of Project Management experience in large, complex environments. Fluent in French and based in Quebec. Experience working in the banking sector , preferably with loan origination and management systems. Proven experience delivering technology transformation projects . Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce is considered a strong asset. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
