Assistant Accountant

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial documentation. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and timely reporting. Provide support during audits and assist with tax-related matters. Communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. What You’ll Bring to the Role: 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance. Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required). Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail. Confident using accounting software and Excel. Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. CPA underway or strong desire to grow within a structured finance team.
