Maintenance Handyman

Our client, a renowned developer and operator of premium beachfront residences, is looking for a Maintenance Handyman to join their on-site team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude, ready to ensure every aspect of the property is running smoothly and looking its best. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct regular inspections and address minor maintenance issues across the site. Perform general repairs including plastering, painting, and upkeep of fixtures. Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor presentation. Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with site safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete works to luxury standards. Support emergency maintenance efforts, including occasional after-hours call-outs. Use property management software for task logging and reporting. What You’ll Bring to the Role: 3 years’ experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role. Confident in carrying out light repairs and basic property upkeep. Practical knowledge of tools, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices. Professional presentation with a high standard of customer service. Strong initiative, reliability, and ability to work unsupervised. Landscaping and gardening experience highly regarded. Experience using software like MyBos is a bonus. Relevant trade qualification or Cert III in Landscape Construction (preferred but not essential).
