Our client, a market-leading luxury property developer, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee upcoming remodelling works and future development projects across its premium Gold Coast assets. You’ll play a vital role in managing construction workflows, navigating development approvals, and ensuring every detail reflects the property’s high-end positioning. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs. Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes. Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites. Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes (DA). Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects. Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio. Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities. What You’ll Bring to the Role: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field. Familiar with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes. Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
