Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed 3D CAD models for components, jigs, and fixtures. Create and optimise 3-axis and 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam . Generate and interpret Catia V5 Composite Plybooks . Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and raw material requirements. Design for manufacturability and collaborate closely with the production team. Support the production and prototyping of high-quality aerospace components. Minimum Requirements: B.Eng or B.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering field. At least 3 years of design engineering experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Proficient in 3D CAD , Mastercam , and Catia V5 . Strong working knowledge of composites , plybooks , and fixture/tooling design . High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
