Hire Resolves client telecommunications industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Software Developer in Sandton, Gauteng. Responsibilities: Lead technical design and architecture, ensuring scalable and robust software solutions. Drive key technical decisions regarding architecture and technology stack. Develop high-quality, secure code following best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure quality assurance. Troubleshoot and debug production issues proactively. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering team growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design). Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Document all aspects of development, design, and monitoring. Monitor application performance using tools. Stay updated with the latest industry technologies, especially in telecoms. Work within Agile frameworks, assisting with estimations and reporting progress. Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects. Requirements: 5-10 years of software development experience with a strong project portfolio. Expertise in .NET (C#), JavaScript/React, and SQL (MSSQL/MySQL). Solid understanding of APIs (RESTful) and software design patterns. Proficiency with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
