What the role is: You formulate coherent digital and data masterplans in accordance with MINDEF/SAF's digital and data ambitions while strengthening organisational resilience. What you will be working on: - Develop digital and data masterplans aligned with MINDEF/SAF's ambitions- Ensure a harmonised approach for a future-ready enterprise- Integrate digital and data strategies with enterprise risk management- Keep pace with best-in-class digital and data technological developments- Contextualise technological developments within evolving governmental policies and defence/security operational landscapesChallenge(s)- Staying current with rapidly evolving digital and data technologies- Balancing innovation with organisational resilience and risk management- Navigating complex governmental policies and defence/security operational requirements- Integrating diverse stakeholder needs into cohesive digital and data strategies What we are looking for: - At least 10 years of experience in integrating digital and data plans within a complex organisational landscape- Proven track record in driving digital innovation and enhancing digitalisation strategies- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders- Skills in integrating external insights into organisational planning- Familiarity with Operational Systems IT (OSIT) frameworks and their application to risk management- Forward-thinking leadership style- Passion for integrating digital and data strategies with enterprise risk managementOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
